Poll question: Which Food Network Chef Would You Choose to Cook YOUR Feast?
Not who you like or dislike - which one would you choose to cook a feast for you?

3. Decisions, Decisions...
I like Good Eats. Alton Brown is funny on the show, but I've heard he's arrogant in person.

Barefoot Contessa seems nice, and she sent $2,000 to John Kerry, so...

4. There's a TV chef in the Netherlands ...
... who goes to a person's house, and makes a gourmet meal based ONLY on what he can find in that person's refrigerator and cupboards.

I'd go for him, for the curiosity factor alone.

18. He played checkers at the store down the street from our fishing camp
Now he was a CHEF and Julia was me in the kitchen. I'm kind of messy with my flour.

20. Giada deWhatsherface
You know, Little Big Head, the girl that looks like a lollipop on Everyday Italian.

As far as I'm concerned, her, Emeril, Paula Deen & Alton Brown are the only ones on that channel that can cook. I'd add Ming but it doesn't look like he's on there anymore (I think he has a show on Fine Living).

One of my fantasies in life is if I hit the lottery, I get those four as Iron Chefs and they compete to make me tasty food. Aaah...:loveya:
