I thought the car insurance place closed at 4:30....nope three. so you know what that means? My car sits tomorrow as insurance expires at midnight. And I'm going to have to flag a ride to work on Monday.
That's what I get for leaving shit to the last minute.

3. They dont' have an online option? |
|
I'm insured with Progressive so I do all my payments over the Internet. Because I'm notorious for leaving things till the last minute.

5. Don't know about Canada, but |

many companies here give a 2 week 'grace period' (sorta, expired but maybe not?) to get them a payment before they 'officially' cancel the coverage.
It's worth a look at your paperwork ...

9. Did you get a letter saying your Ins. ends at Midnight? |
|
:think:Because, if its just that you missed the "Due Date" on the invoice, your still good in most cases. Most Ins. Companies will send you a letter that says "If we don't get you payment by X-date, your insurance will expire," then when they get your payment, they'll send you a letter saying that because of your quick response, you had no laps(sp?) in your coverage.

14. So are they going to screw you with late fees, |
|
a new insurance plan etc? Are they going to treat you like a new person on their plan having to cough up extra money?
