Turns out there's not a Duke game that's not being televised tonight, after all. Because today is Saturday the 11th. Not the 12th. Stupid fuckin' numbers, ALWAYS tryin' to mess up my plans! :mad:

Now I hafta drink here with you guys, instead of on the sofa with the puppies yellin' at the officials and talkin' to the players like they can hear me.

I've been cooking all damned day, as well as cleaning the carpets. I have a nice pork tenderloin cooling off now, for Cuban sammiches tomorrow, and a big honkin' pot of a beef vegetable soup/stew kinda thing that's got to cook several more hours, then sit overnight in the fridge before I can eat any of it. But damn! My carpets look... well, my carpets still look awful, but they smell less of puppy urine than they did earlier. :D

That is the one thing I will toot my own horn about. I can make a killer lasagna. I have the sauce down to a science. TOOONS of pan-roasted garlic! You can't capture that on film!
