granted i really wished they did not, being that I am huge marlins fan, but I was preparing myself for him to be lost. we still may not keep him, but our chances are better with one less team in the hunt.

Penny was awsome, he and Pavano were our only near garuanteed wins each time they started. I'm glad we got Lo Duca and Mota and am even gladder that Conine was not included in the deal, but still! :grr:
however, NONE of this would've come up had Pudge's agent not DEMANDED a pay raise. If we kept him, no Penny trade and the marlins may be celebrating their THIRD world series title!
