Some French guy was at my house yesterday and brought a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile, 2002 vintage. Should I gulp down the remaining wine while I'm drunk, or should I wait until tomorrow when I can really appreciate it? Is it worth the wait???
Tell me!

1. Tough choice... I'd wait |

If you're bombed already it won't be appreciated as it should be!

or at least a glass or two. It's probably pretty good wine and all, but nothing you couldn't pick up another bottle of for about $10-15.

5. There's a lot of good wine coming from South America |
|
And at very reasonable prices.
What's the vineyard? We buy a Cabernet by the case from Santa Julia, but I can't remember if it's Argentina or Chile, and I'm all out right now.
