What are your favorite sandwiches to make?
I love using my panini grill to make really yummy sandwiches. I usually make turkey sandwiches with artichoke dip spread, and roasted red peppers. There's also the good old-fashioned ham and melted cheddar cheese sandwiches. Also, BLTs with cheese is also damn good.

1. I like ...
... roasted turkey on a toasted English muffin, with a thick slice of extra sharp cheddar cheese.

8. It is tasty ...
... in fact, I often have two. I have tried various cheddars and variously prepared turkey slices. I have kind of settled on Boar's Head when I can get it on sale (salsalito roasted turkey breast and cracked pepper mill smoked turkey breast are two favorites). I think I'll have one for breakfast ... :-)

22. I like BLT's, but I add cucumber and avocado.
When I'm in the mood for something different, I chop the veggies rather than slice them, and sprinkle them into a tortilla spread with bean dip.
