What is your favorite magazine?
Asking because I'm trying to find a good Christmas present for my dad :)

Don't read magazines but do read some non-fictional history books.

6. American Heritage is good for history buffs |
|
Edited on Sun Dec-12-04 11:24 AM by wishlist
I have been giving some relatives American Heritage for many years now. These relatives always remind me to keep sending it to them for their Christmas gift without my even asking if they like it, so I keep renewing it for them.
I like Smithsonian also

10. How about a membership to the American Historical Association |
|
It brings with it their quarterly (it might even be monthly) publication which contains essays on the latest research. Although the AHA publication is considered a journal, I hope it may provide what you are looking for.
