At least it does if you have celiac Sprue, which I do, unfortunately. I've been off of gluten for three years and yet, occasionally I still do stupid things like assume that Godive Vanilla Ice Cream with Caramel Hearts has no gluten. It does and I'm paying. Bleah!

3. My 7 year old daughter, diagnosed Celiac 1 year ago... |
|
Her hair is finally growing, she's gained 8 lbs and almost 5 inches since changing her diet. Birthday parties and school "special days" are still tough, but she's got a great attitude about it.

4. My daughter was diagnosed with celiac... |
|
when she was 11 months old. Her pediatrician asked me if I had ever heard of something called celiac and when I told him that I had celiac and so did my twin sister, he immediately put my daughter on a very high protein diet. Within 72 hours, we had a happy pain-free baby. When my son was born three years later, the doctor didn't take any chances...celiac diet from the beginning.

What's that condition you have? Does it mean you're allergic?
To bad!
