PHILADELPHIA - A 10-year-old girl was placed in handcuffs and taken to a police station because she took a pair of scissors to her elementary school.

School district officials said the fourth-grade student did not threaten anyone with the 8-inch shears, but violated a rule that considers scissors to be potential weapons.

Administrators said they were following state law when they called police Thursday, and police said they were following department rules when they handcuffed Porsche Brown and took her away in a patrol wagon.

"My daughter cried and cried," said her mother, Rose Jackson. "She had no idea what she did was wrong. I think that was way too harsh."

Jesus, the police-state morons at that school couldn't find a better way to enforce the scissors policy, or educate the girl about the dangers of scissors? They had to haul her to the Station in handcuffs? What the hell!

7. Conditioning

It's all conditioning for the fulfillment of the police state. They're saying, 'look at what we do to a little girl for carrying scissors. We know it's not dangerous, but we do it because we can! Imagine what we'll do if YOU decide to step out of line! When we have security stops along the highway, you better pull your car over and let us tear it apart if we want to, because that's just the way it is from now on.'

I may get some lumps on my head, but I'm not going to submit willingly if I get stuck in some traffic stop. I may not be able to change imposition of a police state on society, but by god they're going to have to work for it!
