3. Amen!
I've actually put on 5 pounds the last two weeks... hope to keep it up.

And it's GOOD pounds, not fat pounds. So nyah! :P

4. Grrr
I have a friend who wants to gain weight. That mofo can eat whatever he wants and not gain an ounce. In fact, one time, he did succeed in gaining 12 lbs but quickly dropped them once he ran out of this creatine shake he had been drinking.

10. sorry
i'm pretty young (19) so my metabolism is still pretty strong

i'm not that skinny, 170 lbs. but i have a lot of height (6'3") so there's not much weight to go around...

not to make you more mad, but shit...gaining weight for me is like losing weight for some people; it's so hard, and in my case, any extra pounds i DO gain seem to disappear pretty quickly

11. We're the same age
He struggles a lot with it and desperately wants to gain weight and I could stand to lose a few pounds so, I guess we have different problems that make us feel the same way. It's crappy either way.

15. i just figured out
that if i eat 6 meals a day (which is the recommended course of action, whether gaining or losing weight), that i have to average about 650 calories per meal per day, in order to gain about a pound a week.

At my office, everyone always brings all types of sweet treats. And I don't have any will power during the holidays when I am surrounded by all kinds of goodies.

19. It's a fight to keep my current weight.
I have to force myself to eat to maintain my current weight. 140 pounds with being 6 feet tall. I don't enjoy eating. I don't hate it either, it is just a pain in the ass. I only do it when my body tells me it is time to.
