You need to have the actual .jpg file hosted on a web server. If you have .Mac this is easy. I assume you don't. The crappy thing about iPhoto is finding the actual picture file. They (Apple) used a messed up file structure.

30. I lost, as of last weigh-in, a total of 25 pounds.

I had been down further - 30 pounds total - but that was too much. My BMI got too low and I was worried about losing hard-won muscle mass.

The real accomplishment for me was taking my body fat from 32.6% to 20.4%. I was never technically "overweight", but 32.6% body fat is too much. "Skinny fat" was what my trainer called it. :)

This was taken November 23. I'm looking at a little Democratic donkey a police officer gave me on election night. It lights up when you wind a knob on the back clockwise. It had a small round magnet that allowed you to put it on clothing, etc., but it got lost that night. The donkey sits on my desk. Sometimes I turn on the lights and think of what we've lost.

pulga is flea in spanish, and there are many words that get 'ita' added to them for the 'little' designation. It's a term of endearment as I understand it. She also gets called 'gordita' which is 'Little Fattie', (gordo is fat) according to the DH, who speaks spanish. Perrita is another nickname, Perra is dog...

My favorite foreign word that sounds dirty but isn't is 'fauteuil' (french) which I think is sort of pronounced: fah tuhl yah, just sounds so bad! It means 'armchair'. LOL.

We (my high school's band and orchestra) went to Europe a few months ago (in late March/early April). My hair today is longer.

I'm having a blast at a Tirolean dance festival near Kitzbühel, Austria. Can you tell?

I was just mulling over my choices and realized "hey, I paddle" maybe I can do someting with that.
And then thinking about the crazed look the goggles give me made the "eye" substituting for "I" kind of apropriate.

The rest, as they say, is history.
