I never did particularly liked flan ... until recently. we've a friend for whom making flan is just like sipping water: she likes to make it, finds it easy to make it and makes flan all the time...when they come over to visit they never come without her flan! I have usually preferred cheese cake or key lime pie to flan -- i have now acquired a taste for flan.
