Even though the patches are SUPPOSED to stay on all day, they don't. I found that if I put them UNDER my socks, the socks would help hold them in place all day.

It looked kind of silly for me to have shaved ankles, but nobody saw it except me (and my partner)... and it was better than pulling hair... and it was better than having patches fall off of my arms... and it was better than smoking... AND it does grow back.

Just remember to rotate locations from left side to right side then inside-angle to outside-leg!

They really helped me! I was a carton-a-week smoker and I never even finished the entire step-down program. When I got to the point that I was forgetting to put on a fresh patch FIRST THING in the morning, I knew that I didn't even need the patches anymore. I quit using them after 6 weeks.
