God dammit J.C. Penney.
<rant>

I ordered a gift for someone for Christmas and they sent it USPS Third Class. What the hell's that mean, they'll get it in the spring? Jesus I don't remember selecting that for a shipping option.

4. It's still early.
Unless it's going overseas by slow boat I imagine it'll get to whoever you sent it to. I think if you don't select an expedited option, that's their standard.

7. My mail carrier once told me
...on the days when she is running behind she only has to deliver all her first class mail and the rest can wait. I don't know if that is a postal service rule or just her rule. I have sent everything first class ever since.

8. It's a postal rule
Third class (bulk mail) is legally allow to remain in each postoffice it hits (outgoing, incoming and anything in between) for two weeks.

10. What pisses me off is that I never would have selected that option.
I don't think I was given an option if I remember correctly. That kind of sucks.

O what fun it is to Christmas shop online at the very last minute like this ho ho ho.
