for a healthy lifestyle? It seems the first three would work spectacularly. Just the first two would do wonders. Heck, almost everybody would benefit from proper diet alone.

I am so tired of that goofy doctor with the patronizing delivery polluting Air America Radio with his ads. His claim that diet, exercise, supplementation, and Cortislim are necessary for true health reminds me of those old ads for Lucky Charms cereal--the ones that tell you Lucky Charms is part of a nutritious breakfast when supplemented with orange juice, milk, wheat toast, eggs, and a vitamin tablet.

I can't listen to Air America hardly at all anymore, just because of this asshole. Don't they have enough advertisers now that they can drop him?

And I also can't stand that freak that does the ads for eHarmony.com. He has the over-the-top patronizing cadence of a child molester luring in prey.

on edit: what made me first really hate those commercials was the line, "These are the people you secretly resent, because they are so healthy and you are such a slob." OK, so I'm paraphrasing here...

on a gym membership or (preferably, IMO) martial arts lessons. You'll have more stamina, less flab, better muscle tone, more energy, less stress, and you'll sleep better at night. FOR REAL.
