2. NBC has the rights to it now.......

....they showed it Thanksgiving weekend. They'll probably show it again on Christmas Eve.

3. NBC has the airing rights. They've shown it once already,

a couple of weeks ago.

I checked the website - they are planning to air it again at 8pm Eastern time on Christmas Day.
