1. Wouldn't cleaning up AFTER the party seem like a better idea?

5. Our Holiday Party is delayed until February
the President and VP (married couple) are off to India for a month.

They are Hindu, but don't they realize that we need a Holiday Party in December? They should, they've lived here long enough. Maybe they just don't care.

6. I cleaned our office lunch room yesterday.
BY MYSELF. No help. No thank you. But that's okay. I work in an office with mostly young men & the amount of crud that had accumulated on the microwave, table, coffee machine, etc. was just too much to handle. The crusty noodles had to go. Yuck. :P

7. We're having an after-Xmas party
in January. Kind of a way to celebrate living through another holiday season, and because with spouses there are already many other parties planned.

8. When you're done head on over to our office
We're having a company cleanup tomorrow. But it's cool. Tomorrow is our company cocktail party. Everyone here cleans up the office while another co-worker and I get her loft apartment ready for the PAR-TAY.

$700 worth of liquor - $350 worth of food.
We have our priorities straight.
