Spicy foods vs. non-spicy foods

1. curry, hot Szechuan food, Thai, my own home made chili

hot and sour soup, cajun food, bring it on
hot jalapeno's etc

2. Crystal Hot sauce and Zatarain Spicy sprinkle are

always on my dinner table. I like my meals to make me sweat.

4. Cayenne is my favorite all time spice!

I really like Frank's Red Hot (I remember when they called it Durkee's)

Not to knock non-spicy foods though, for instance I make a bomber split pea soup!

As you probably know, it's great for wings, but I also use it to make my famous spicy chicken empanadas, which are Latin American turnovers.

5. The spicier the better.

When I eat Chinese food, I dump so much hot mustard on it that my eyes water and my nose runs.

PEPPERONCINI's by Vlasic. Excellent taste and it will wet your forehead. Delicious.

Did you know that at my advanced age, I've NEVER cooked a ham or a roast with potatos and veggies? I always cook Asian or Mediterranean.
