I looked forward to listening to my Sailors "bitch." You always went to the person who actually did the job to find out if it could be done better. Most junior enlisted personnel are not versed in proper english or oration but they can sure identifying a "fucking" problem or a "piece of shit maintenance cluster" and fuck with it until it gave birth to a solution. And when such fucking with a problem resulted in a solution was duly recognized, that generated more bitching, making the job of mid level leadership so much easier. Mr rumsfeld you are a fucking idiot. United States Senators say you don't listen to your General and Admirals. Last week you proved you don't listen to the grunts doing the bitching. Thanks for proving my point; things aren't any better today in Iraq because you don't listen.
