Sounds like he would have fit in well!
To: Stingray51 Its downright frightening that this guy was even nominated for head of Homeland Security. The guy has a pattern of self-serving, deceitful, money-grabbing, influence peddling shenanigans. He would have been a complete disaster.

still refuting?
I think that stalking is a little "he-said, she-said" to add to my list of what has been reported about Bernie so far:
(1) currently married to a Syrian immigrant, his third wife (no info whether she is a Muslim);
(2) he formerly worked security for the Saudi Royal family;
(3) his big break came when he acted as a driver for uber-RINO Giuliani;
(4) he shacked up with two mistresses in a splash pad that had a window overlooking Ground Zero (how creepy is that? and who paid the rent?);
(5) he personally vouched for Larry Ray, an executive of a mobbed up New Jersey company called Interstate, his brother got a job there, and he accepted gifts from the Interstate people that he failed to report; Ray was later convicted of fraud, in case where his co-conspirators included a rogue's gallery of mobsters such as Bonnano family captain Frank Coppa (Coppa was later indicted for murder).
(6) he ignored gift-reporting requirements;
(7) he hired an illegal alien and failed to pay the required taxes with respect to her (she departed the country just prior to Kerik's nomination being announced);
(8) as a detective he was known as a wild man with a pony tail and seven earring studs;
(9) he had a child out of wedlock in Korea (not sure if / to what extent he supported her);
(10) he blew off a subpoena in civil litigation and had a bench warrant issued for his arrest;
(11) he made a $6 million dollar profit from Taser, which has contracts with the Dept. of Homeland Security;
(12) his higher education consists of a college degree awarded by "Empire State College" which gives college credits for "life or work experience."
(13) a foundation he headed up while Corrections Commissioner in NYC was involved in a financial scandal involving $1 million of tobacco money;
(14) he declared personal bankruptcy; and
(15) detectives under his command performed personal tasks such as research for his autobiography and hunting down Judith Regan's lost cell phone.
I am not contending that any of these items, except for the mob stuff, would necessarily be a disqualification, and I'm sure various of them can be refuted, but taken together I cannot see how anyone can still seriously contend that Kerik should be in President Bush's cabinet.

14. Of course, they don't like McCain. He served in Viet-Nam with |

distinction. They only like coke-head that can't roll out of the sack to report after their daddy's bought 'em out of the draft.

The problem with Kerick is he has blue state values. just like Rudy. Whoring around on their women, etc. etc. 25 posted on 12/16/2004 4:11:42 PM PST by JRochelle < Post Reply | Private Reply | To 18 | View Replies >

the highest divorce rates,
Massachusetts has the lowest divorce and teen pregnancy rate. Texas is WAY up there.

8. The freepers self-delusion is remarkable |
|
Almost everything that they say about kerik could be said about w and cheney, not to mention dozens of other members of this crooked administration.
The freepers are able to see the truth about kerik but are totally blind to the many illegal doings of their chimp in chief.

13. At Least This Freeper Knows Irony When He Sees It |
|
I confess I haven't been paying much attention to the news lately. Christmas shopping, etc. Last time I looked, Kerik was a 9/11 hero, former cop commissioner who just got back from training the Iraqi police. Now he's a mobbed up, adulterous psycho stalker on the take. This guy has gone from hero to scumbag in record time. Just like a whole lot of people were waiting to stick the shiv into him.
