I've got some serious cotton mouth...
and I didn't even get it the fun old fashioned way. I took some Sudafed to clear up some congestion that is clogging up my ear. Well that crap hasn't helped my ear but I swear to God I feel like I just ate a catchers mit.

Never take Sudafed and then follow it with a cafe mocha at 10pm...I'm so wired right now...I need water!!!!!!!!!

3. yeah I know...
stupid move on my part but I just can never seem to leave Barnes and Noble without getting a coffee. I had forgotten I had taken the meds earlier

down some sports drink (gatorade works nicely) and get some excercise then go for some water
