My neighbors upstairs are the most loud stomping people

I've ever lived near. Sometimes it seems they are throwing shit at each other, slamming doors, moving heavy furniture across the floor and the dog weighs 100 pounds and you can hear his wagging tail hit the floor. Last night I was on the phone with my Mom and the door slammed upstairs and she heard it through the phone! Just now it sounds like they dropped an anvil in the bedroom.

I wonder why they are so loud? I'm past being annoyed - been there, done that, I'm just curious now.

Ah the vacuum! 7:30 AM in the morning and the vacuum! What fucking nuts!

2. My upstairs neighbors are like that too, throw garbage out the windows,

just open the window and let a big sloppy bag of stanky garbage come sailing down the side of the house and hope it doesn't burst open on the cement below and maybe it will land inside the can.

They walk on the roof and bashed holes in it, and next time it rained, it leaked so bad everything in the back bedroom was destroyed.

The yell at each other, scream obsecenties, burn this NASTY smelling incense and they have a little baby so they write notes and put them up on our door telling us to "keep it down, newborn baby upstairs".

He starts his car at 2 am for some reason and REVS AND REVS AND REVS AND REVS the engine for a solid 15 minutes.

THen before he leaves he stands out on the sidewalk and screams HOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYYYYY..... HOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYYYYY..... HOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYYYYY..... HOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYYYYY.....

when she eventually shows up at the window and screams WAADDAAYA WANT

He yells

IIIIIIII LLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVVVVEEEE YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
