Disgusting email from Ed Gillepsie
I have no idea how I wound up getting this, but here it is for the benefit of those of you not on the inauguration list: While I realize it isn't realistic, wouldn't it be great if by January 20 things turn around and it is a Kerry inauguration!!!

Just six weeks ago, America spoke - loud and clear - and re-elected President George W. Bush.

In just over five weeks, on January 20, 2005, the President will be sworn in at an Inaugural Celebration in Washington, DC. They say the Inaugural is a celebration of the President, but it is really a celebration of you and the work you did on the campaign to ensure the President's agenda moves forward.

You're invited to join us at an Inaugural Party for the President, or to host one in your home. www.GOP.com/Party

Those who hosted or attended a Party for the President through the campaign's website know how easy it is to open your home and invite your friends and neighbors to join you in a celebration of our President's re-election. For the next four years, we'll keep the Party going on www.GOP.com.

If you have never hosted a Party for the President, it couldn't be easier. Just visit the Party for the President page, tell us when and where your party will be held, and we'll make sure you get everything you need - including a letter from the President thanking you for your Party and welcoming all of your guests.

After all the hard work of the last year, you deserve to have some fun. What better way to celebrate the re-election for which you worked so hard than toasting with friends and family the swearing in of the President.

Visit www.GOP.com/Party to get started.

Thanks again for all you've done.

Sincerely,

P.S. On January 20, 2005, President George W Bush will be sworn in to begin his second term. The Inauguration is a celebration of you, and all you have done to ensure the President's re-election. There's no better way to join the celebration than holding an Inaugural Party for the President with your friends and family. Visit www.GOP.com/Party to get started.

2. Respond and say you do want to host a party
Drain them of as many resources (including that birdcage-liner letter) as possible. You can maybe even sucker some are repukes to plan on coming to your house and then slam the door in their face when they show up.

You have an opportunity to do some guerilla work. Take advantage of it.
