1 carton of clover sprouts
2 Fuji Apples
Big hunk of ginger root

Juiced through a twin screw press

3. I love ginger when it's cooked into Chinese food
But I tried to juice some once and it almost made me throw up. You must have an iron stomach.

My favorite juice is: 4 carrots, 2 Fujis and about 6 frozen strawberries. I don't juice the strawberries though, I blend them in with a hand blender.

5. I've never gone the smoothie route
I prefer my juices well strained and very light. The ginger is God's gift to juice. I love the taste but it also is one of the most efficient blood cleansers in nature.
