Best cure for depression (from a guy, this time)

Here's a male perspective on dealing with depression. Oh, and I know the top choice for everybody is sex. That should be obvious, since, at least among males, lack of sex is the leading *cause* of depression. So, for those of us who aren't getting any, the best cure for depression:

beer, beer, liquor, beer, mixed drinks, shots, and then a power hour!

or wine, good music, good movie, writing,a good walk/run, herb, good visit with friends... lots of stuff...

Or you can just wallow in it for a bit till you're so bored you have no choice but to take some action.
