Michael Douglas gets so much credit for this movie, but I tell ya Martin Sheen's steely character really makes it for me.

I always did like Martin Sheen's character more. Very convincing as a union guy.

2. First runner-up: Hal Holbrook, the elder statesman at the firm.

Sort of a Greek tragedy character to remind all the hot shots that there is an ultimate price to pay for flying too close to the sun.

"When a man looks into the abyss and there is nothing staring back to him, at that moment a man finds his character. That is what keeps him out of the abyss."

3. Yeah, I was paying really close attention to him this time around,
