Strippers spark investigation

A surprise performance at a Christmas party for home care service workers for the city of Ålesund resulted in shock and scandal.
A combination Christmas and retirement party for 29 women working for the city's home care service ended in chaos after a pair of male strippers suddenly appeared, newspaper VG reports.

The party took place in the break room at the health and social division of the Ålesund city hall. The party-goers have since been instructed to refuse comment and destroy photographs taken during the surprise show.

The women, most in their mid-50s, were scandalized by the performance that left one stripped in boxer shorts and another completely naked.

According to VG's source many of the women left the premises in shock, some sobbing, after the strippers strutted their stuff.
