Need computer explanation re: message I keep getting!

I keep getting a warning from my Norton firewall that LEXPPS.EXE is attempting to access my machine. Norton considers it a low threat, but I keep blocking it. What is it, and would it affect any of my online access to sites if I permanently block it?

probably looking for updates. It should be safe to allow. Or disallow if you are not sharing the printer with other PC's in your home network.
