8. Dyslexic here checking in

We are in good company -- lots of very smart people.

Since I am dyslexic -- I don't believe that bushie is -- he has other problems -- mostly he is just damned lazy.

In a way dyslexia is a blessing -- because we do have a different way of seeing the world -- and to survive we have to be better listeners and more aware of our environment than the kids who can float through school and get their unearned "A".

Mostly it is nice to know that our way of learning does have a name and that we ARE NOT STUPID. Generally we are smarter than our teachers.

On edit: Yes, he really is. He's an artist and a photographer. Dyslexics are found among the most talented and creative people in the world.
