A word to the wise re: PPV sports

An NCAA hoops game I wanted to watch to night was, apparently, on PPV. I called up Comcast to order it. The operator told me that with my current package, I'd need to order a $109.95 subscription. I said I'd think about it.

I called back about two minutes later, and after telling the second operator what I wanted, he told me, "Hang on, lemme check something." Meanwhile, I turned to the channel the PPV game was supposed to be on..and there it was. Free.

I told the second operator, and he said, "Yeah, that's what I was checking on. With your package, you should be getting it free."

Like Pesci said, "They always screw you at the drive-through." Just sayin'.
