2. You are very lucky. indeed!
So are you going to sit in on a class of his? I would love the opportunity to do that... Braxton is one of my all time favorite composers. In fact I think I'm going to put on one of favorites that I haven't heard in years (having just getting it back from a friend). It's a 3-record box set.

is the title.

That guy is fucking brilliant.

3. No kidding?
I would be there in a heartbeat! Apparently, he shops regularly in the local Borders aw well.

You need to go, and report back the rest of the jazz geeks here. I want to know it's even remotely possible to understand his version of music theory.

Do you go to school there?

9. Yeah - he does but I don't attend. My post was about how he lets locals
sit in on his class. That's all.

10. Oh!
I getcha now! :hi:

I went to Wesleyan a million years ago, when Bob's was a purely Middletown phenomenon. It took me nearly 300,000 years to finally graduate. I have mixed feelings about the place, but the academics were certainly very fine.

12. Doesn't sound familiar.
I think the mayor was Italian, with an F for an initial. Or was it Marino?

13. Not quite sure I moved there 6 years ago.
I ask because my Fiancée's Mother is the 3rd term Mayor.

14. Ask her about Marino.
That's weird about Bob's. Is La Boca still there? Printer's Devil? The <Middletown?> Diner?

15. La Boca went out of business for many years but reopened last year.
And I think you're talking about O'Rourke's Diner - that will ALWAYS be there. Mainstreet has actually become one of the most thriving vibrant downtown areas in all of CT. Its really been quite amazing.
