"In a democracy it don't matter how stupid you are..."
Edited on Mon Dec-20-04 12:28 PM by Richardo
'It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World' was on last night....what YOUR favorite line?

Mine:
Lennie Pike (Jonathan Winters):"...And then they decide I'm supposed to get a smaller share, like I'm someone extra special stupid. Even if it is a democracy, in a democracy it don't matter how stupid you are, you still get an equal share."

4. It's the jail ward of the hospital...
So the genders are segregated. The women are paying a visit and of course Ethel Merman has to lay blame...

I don't know why I think that is funny, but every time I get together with my four brothers that line always comes up.

5. And to think Western Airlines found it a good thing to
make (steal, buy, co-opt) as their slogan "It's the only way to fly!"

No wonder they're Kaput.

6. I always thought that the movie line was a sly nod to the ad...
Not sure of the which came first.
