My car just got a Christmas present

My husband noticed a huge gash in the passenger side front tire..It pays to know the "tire-guy" though..

My son's best friend's father owns the place we always go for our "good" tires...We got 4 new Michelins with alignment and all the extras for $290.00.. I hated to buy tyhe dumb car a present, but I had no choice..

I think that was an OK deal..Right???Right???

I have Michelins on my car (they were original equipment) and I expect to pay more than that if I ever have to replace them! Where'd you get the great deal? (I'm in SoCal too .. )

My son and the owner's son have been friends for over 20 years (since they were 5 yr old soccer teammates).. He's always good to us :)

We buy the el cheapos for our old Toyota, but the Accord always gets the best:)

3. Very good deal, I'd say

Cars, though - they seem to know when the holidays come or when you've got some extra money that you're planning to use. They always pick those times to break down, it seems.

5. Tell me about it.. last week a RAKE fell off a gardening truck

and of course my husband ran over it.. Cost us almost 400 to fix the damage it did to the underside of his truck, and to realign everything.:grr:
