7. Some lunatic in the highrise down the street...

...puts a big-ass Frosty the Snowman up on his/her balcony with a mechanical lighted deer that moves slowly. I first saw this display last year and couldn't believe my eyes. I looked for it again this season, and the neighbor did not disappoint.

Then there's the guy in a tony neighborhood in D.C. who put this amazingly ugly inflatable Grinch in his front yard. I'll have to go see if he's brought out the Grinch again this year. To be fair, Grinch guy was just reacting to the extravagant display (lights, manger scence, Santa, etc.) of a neighbor...
