Just got my XMAS bonus!

On the plus side, it's my first bonus in 7 years so i'm definitely moving in the right direction. By the way, I don't work for Dunkin' Donuts, now that would make it a lousy bonus wouldn't it?

I work for a multi million dollar corporation (Safeway - I don't care if I name names, the cheap bastards) and my Christmas bonus consists of a certificate good for 10% off one grocery shop. We get it the week before Christmas and it expires on January 2nd. :nuke:

All the small businesses I ever worked for gave me a decent bonus. I worked for a little mom and pop snowmobile shop that had 3 full time employees (including me) and I got $100.

When I worked for a dog kennel, I got a large turkey and a check equal to a week's pay.

I don't know - I guess any bonus is a bonus but it amazes me that the more money the company has, the less they seem to want to give away. :shrug:
