MOLVANIA DISQUALIFIED FROM EUROVISION!!!!
The tiny Eastern European republic of Molvania was disqualified from the Eurovision Song Contest this year.

Zladko “Zlad” Vladcik was to perform his very popular techno-ballad, “Elektronik – Supersonik” - described as “a melodic fusion combining hot disco rhythms with cold war rhetoric”.

However, the 23-year-old singer was arrested at Istanbul’s Ataturk International Airport and immediately deported. While Eurovision does not normally test for recreational drugs, unfortunately for Vladcik, Turkish Customs do.

Make sure to watch Zlad's video to “Elektronik – Supersonik”

(This never gets old, does it??????)

3. Even worse when you consider that.........
The literacy rate in Molvania is less that 5%.

I mean, who's gonna read that magazine anyway.

2. This is hilarious
de-regulate the country’s tractor industry
* shorten the alphabet by 33 letters
* re-introduce the wheel
* reduce the maximum working weekend from 18 to 16 hours
* tie Molvania’s currency (the strubl) to the Latvian lit
* establish the ‘Balkan 7’, a loose regional confederation of land-locked republics
* amend the Constitution to include a Bill of Rights guaranteeing all citizens the right to bear a grudge

Formerly known as Belgian East Congo, this mysterious country has only recently opened its doors to the world. From the capital Coup D’Etat – birthplace of the safari suit – to the wild reaches of the Ebola Jungle, Bongoswana is just waiting to be explored

Aloha Takki Tikki!
THE SOUTH PACIFIC'S FORGOTTEN JEWEL

Once home to the fierce Tattoonesian warriors, this idyllic French-speaking island now attracts sun-lovers and nuclear scientists alike – drawn by its warm waters, iridescent sand and ever-decreasing radiation levels.

11. They tried to.....
However, Gen. Franks was non-plussed by their offer.

"The Palace guards of Sjerezo were said to be the personal favourite of King Svardo III under whom they were officially known as the 'Royal Molvanian She-Boys'."
