I mean, well known people while volunteering and such. I met Ted and Caroline Kennedy at a fundraiser and I also met Senator Dick Durbin ,Mayor Daley and the new Governor of IL(I am not even going to try to spell his name)
Anyone have a brush with greatness during the election?

...in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Went to a couple of Kerry/Edwards rallies and a Michael Moore presentation, but didn't get to actually meet them....

I say it how it sounds when I have to write it.
I met Durbin and Obama. I met Durbin previously, though, and some of the other people like the Daley and Doug Scott, the mayor of Rockford.

Nobody "famous" but they're heroes to me! These were people that gave 20-30 hours a week to the Kerry/Edwards campaign on top of their regular jobs. Wow!

chris jansing. all at same clark event in NH. also met donna brazille in the manchester airport and even got to call mort kondrake a corporate shill while he was eating breakfast at manchester holiday inn, that was the best.

He got to where he is because he was willing to .... Dick Mell's daughter. Sub-par intellect, terrible lawyer, just a real jerk-off. He'll get high enough to perhaps challenge Daley, then get indicated. Folks, this is Illinois.
BTW, met tons of great union folks, and until folks decide to unionize, we'll keep getting screwed.
