What the fuck is it with the fundies this year? Have they all gone insane? Don't they realize that it's not just Xmas, it's Eid, Hannukah, Solstice, Festivus, Kwanzaa and New Year's too? It's like they are so petty they want to have a lock-down on any non-Christ centered December holidays.
These mindless, knee-jerk mother fuckers have been frothing at the mouth about how commercial Xmas has become for years. Now all of a sudden they're absolutely enraged that retailers aren't commercializing Xmas ENOUGH. Hell, I saw on post on Freak Republic that even advocated doing away with Xmas altogether, as in ending the federal, state, and private holiday and refusing to shop. What really chaps my ass is how fucking sanctimonious these pea-brained bigots get when you don't celebrate THEIR holiday THEIR way. Fuckwits who KNOW that Will and I are atheists are suddenly, just NOW, deciding that it's strange. For instance, our neighbor of five years actually complained that we don't have any Xmas decorations up. Will said, "Yeah, well, we still don't celebrate Xmas," "Oh, that's a shame, a real shame," Well why the fuck didn't you care last year or the year before that or the year before that or the year before that, God-boy? Or how about Will's dad, who's also not a Xian, sending us a Xmas gift with a card attached joking that he'll write us out of the will if we don't cough up a gift by the 25th. WHAT THE FUCK IS UP WITH THAT, HUH?
