I just saw a commercial for it. I didn't know such a thing existed.

on Ally McBeal about five years ago. Good voice -- lots of feeling. Not familiar with the CD, though.

2. I noticed it's on Sony Classical.

WTF does that have to do with classical music?

Another BS project from Peter Gelb, former idiot head of Sony Classical. He just left Sony to become head of the Met Opera. He has no experience running an opera house, a theatre or a non-profit organization. He was just handed the biggest arts job in the world with an annual budget of over $350 million. He'll be paid over $1 miillion per year. I guess we'll get to hear Robert Downey in La boheme sometime soon. Typical "it ain't what you know, it's who you know" crapola.

4. Tower Records had it in their jazz section....
Seemed more pop to me, but I only quickly skimmed through the selections--not even enough to make a judgment, as I had other purchase priorities...

6. On a "similar vein..." what's the deal with William Shatner's CD release?
I always thought his attempts in the 60s were just a joke (and a bad one, at that). But, this one is serious? Anyone know?
