Literal translation: "Good Parties," or "Good Celebrations."
More correct translation: (gasp) HAPPY HOLIDAYS.
You know, because there's that thing one week after Christmas, I forget what it is.
From the 50's at the VERY least. For all I know the very first printing press in Brazil in the 18th century may have printed those too.
I just felt the unexplainable urge to share this little bit of information.
