Tom Friedman coming up on Letterman (East & Central time zones) NOT

Sorry, I must have slipped into an alternate universe for a moment. One where something like Friedman coming on to say to Letterman: "I was wrong. We can't win this war."

Letterman would be the perfect person for Friedman to apologize to for being so pro-war.

The optimist to the pessimist, as it were.
