21. Today is chest day
So, I'll do 4 sets of incline dumbell presses, 4 sets of flat bench dumbell flyes, 3 sets of decline bench presses, 4 sets of high-pully cable crossovers, and finish it off with upright bench presses on the Hammer Strength machine.

3:30 can't come soon enough...

25. Very good. Halfway there.
I'm assuming you squeaked out the extra 10 with one of the sets of 30. 30, 30, 30 equals 90.

Are you doing them hands behind the head, out in front of you or across your chest? Across the chest is the best way, IMO.

Yeah I should be doing 30 but hell I really just got restarted a few weeks ago.

I lock my feet under my desk (close the office door of course) and cross my arms across my chest. I don't count the first and the last one so I really do 27 per set-I tend to take one to get going and don't want to let myself cheat at the end.

Eventually I want to get back to my "Herschel Walker workout" (he has never lifted weights- if you have seen what he looks like )

5 sets over 2 1/2 hours

20-30 pushups (getting to 30 might be a dream from 10 years ago)
30 sit ups
5-8 "Diamond" pushups
20-30 crunches

I used to have a pullup bar and do 3-5 with my hands facing each way (pullups and chinups) but the bar is gone.

I think I will hit it hard after new years-just getting close to that level in the mean time.

28. I would work on my dead lift
If I hadn't torn my groin muscle climbing last week. Out for 6 weeks and I was planning on attempting a 2X body weight lift in Feb on my birthday.

32. I just survived a night of total terra!
My three grandkids spent the night! I gave my voice a great workout, screaming like James Brown at them all evening, for wrecking the place! They left this morning to go and team up with my other grandkid to create the perfect storm! I expect to see them on CNN any minute, doin' their thing!
