Ojani Noa, Jennifer Lopez's first ex-husband, filed a lawsuit Tuesday, Dec. 21, claiming that he was wrongly fired from her Pasadena restaurant, reports the AP.

In 2002, Noa worked as a manager at Lopez's restaurant Madre's, from which she told him she wouldn't fire him "without good cause or reason." Approximately six months later, he was fired from his new $1,000-a-week job without being told why.


"Mr. Noa tried to call Ms. Lopez to find out what prompted this sudden change of events. His calls went unreturned," states the lawsuit.

He is seeking unpecified damages.
