I highly reccommend the XeroSox. I couldn't have made it through four ankle surgeries and retained my sanity without it. I hate to sound like a shill, but it is a great product.

I'll have this through jan 3, but da-um, i wish i'd known about that before! *hopefully* on the third I'll have a splint i can take off to shower, but now he's ttalking elbow surgery cause the damage from 4 months in a cast. crimminy!

14. I don't know. My east coast doc had never heard of them. I got my

first one from the hospital after the first surgery, in So. Cal. :shrug:

every time i go in, it's something else. who da thunk it would get this bad. what's worse - i got about 50 stitches under here that ITCH LIKE CRAZY! aaahhhhhhhh!!!!!

17. I'm sure your docs told you what to watch out for in there.

Last surgery, my stitches itched like mad. Then they started to tingle and prick. I didn't think anything of it. Turns out the damned thing was infected. :scared:
