Poll question: Are You Afraid Of The Dark?
Up until a few years ago I was still scared of the dark. Okay, not of the dark itself per se, but of the thought that aliens were in my house. I used to be scared to look down at the foot of my bed for fear that I would see an alien peeking up at me. Yeah. :tinfoilhat:

1. Not the dark itself..
But the things that may be hiding in it. Sad, but true. I'm gonna blame it on reading too many scary books that fed my imagination while I was little ;)

But yeah, it's definitely a phobia of mine. :scared:

2. No, I used to be though
Hey, I was afraid that there was like a hobo or something in our house. I used to be afraid of the basement too ala Culkin in Home Alone.

4. As the Tao Te Ching says
Know the light but keep to the dark. Always been more comfortable at night. But tastes may vary.

We can't walk very well even in sunlight - I'm afraid that the furniture is going to jump out and trip me!

12. Not for a whole lotta years now...
...but I still get the occasionally chill about things that go BUMP in the night.

It's what happens when you have no spouse, dog or cat to blame it on.
