I am in NY. It's been all rain today. Snow would have been more fun and probably would have guaranteed tomorrow off for me.

16. As John Cleese put it: "It's people like you whut cause unrest"
Yes, it's lovely here, isn't it? That's why the population of L.A. County is 10 million, and from where I'm typing this in Silver Lake, if you were to draw a circle with a 50 mile radius, you'd have 18 million people, or roughly the population of Australia.

Don't taunt the poor bastards who're freezing their genitals off pretty much everywhere else; it just ain't right.

Traffic's pretty sucky today, though, isn't it? Then again, here you can actually DRIVE...

You irk us all.

Meanwhile, of course, I think I need a nice cool drink. Pity, really, all those shivering shoppers...

Oh, and don't worry: the gummint'll find a way to blame the megashitty retail season on such unfair weather, while using it all to dispel the myth of global warming. Ooops! That's global climate change; sorry.

27. The traffic is REALLY light this week, which is a real pleasure, UNLESS
of course you're within a mile radius of the Grove or the Beverly Center.

Then it's a pig fuck....

But it's not hard to avoid it... with the top down.. sun shining... gorgeous, silicone filled, lip plumped Paris Hilton wanna bes everywhere.

That was a red-flag to a pattern-joker, so I hereby absolve myself.

It do get a might cold in those parts, and those summers simmer, too.

temperature is only supposed to be 40 tomorrow, and 30 on Christmas! Gotta love New England for the crazy, fluctuating temperatures! It was warm today, and on Monday it was 16 degrees.

25. You bastard
We had a high of -1 today. Yes, that's right. We never got out of the negatives. Add in the wind chill and it was around -16 when I got off work.

But just wait. Once I'm in Canada I'll be the one laughing at you radwriter. Yeah, I'll still be freezing my ass off but just knowing that * is no longer in charge of the country where I reside will make me feel oh so much warmer. ;)
