Poll question: Is it narcissism when you send a Xmas card with a picture of
you and your family smiling at the camera?

6. Yes. I hate cards like that. But pet cards are the FUCKING WORST!!
I DON'T FUCKING CARE WHAT YOUR GODDAMN DOG OR CAT LOOKS LIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nor do I give a rat's ass what your fuckin' kids look like, either, but I'd rather have pics of the kids than pics of the goddamned pets you twit-minded ratchet-anused bingo crashing fucknob.

7. I like those picture cards
My mom had my sister and I take Christmas Cards like that for years.

I enjoy seeing those family members as they grow up, so I like to receive them.

8. I don't have any problem with . . .
. . . photo cards, especially from people I don't see often.

It's those gooey, gloppy, braggart-y Christmas letters I can't stand!

:puke:

9. Yes, especially when they are pictured in some tropical location.
Like Hawaii (when they live in Maine or something).

That rude, bragging, AND narcissistic.

10. But for non-hetero couples, I'm all for it.
They also, upon reception of such a card, realize just how bigoted they are(n't).

12. Hell yes.
If Tony Blair does it must be bad (a general rule of thumb). This year is just him and Cherie, previously I think that they've had the childred on as well.

It's not like we don't see his ugly face staring up at us from the newspaper every day either.

13. The "holiday newsletter" type of card is worse.
But, yeah, I don't like the goddamn photo cards either.

My aunt in VA sends one out every year.

18. Meh.
I realize that it takes more time, but I'd rather have something personalized or nothing at all. I don't really care if little Johnny sprained his ankle running away from a drug deal gone wrong, nor do I want to hear about the baby's most recent poo.

16. I get annoyed when the send card with just pictures of the kids.
If I have to see a photo card, I'd rather see the whole family and see what my friends look like now. I pretty much don't give a shit about the kids. Sorry, I'm just not a kid person.

17. I like to see how old and decrepit and fat my friends have become.
So I LIKE picture cards.

But I also like those newsletters. I'm curious about people, aren't you?

Nothing's worse that a lame-o card with, Best Wishes for a happy holiday season from Jeff and Barb.

WHO??

WIthout details or a picture I'm not going to remember you.
