4. Look at a map. It's twisted so there is a portion where the Pacific is Ea
and the Atlantic is West.

9. Doesn't apply.
I've spent plenty of time in the area, it curls to the east, but it is already in the Atlantic where it curls -- or Drake's Passage, depending. Not the Pacific.
