On disability due to mental issues I depend on food stamps to live.

Admittedly, as an anorexic I dont eat *that* much.

But with Ensure at 8 dollars a six pack, drinking one for every meal adds up fast. I only have 75 dollars left after paying my bills.

That's okay. I will sleep well knowing that Jeb Bush is eating well this Christmas!

My dad's Dr. told him it had the same nutritional content and it's less expensive.

You can print a coupon here. I know that doesn't help much, but if you can have an unlimited number of coupons, that will save you a few bucks.

3. Do you have to have Ensure?

When my aunt quit eating, her Dr. recommended Ensure. After explaining to him the cost was prohibitive for her, he told us to fix her protein shakes instead.

You can buy a gallon jug of protein powder for around $20. That will make about 46 shakes. Add fruit to the shake for vitamins.
