New law proposed in Ohio (based on similar law in Buffalo NY)
(for those who can't discern a joke, THIS IS A JOKE!)

Legislation has been proposed making legal the shooting of anyone singing the refrain "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!" anywhere in the vicinity of Ohio.
